We are excited that Barbara Hill has chosen to become the NW District Director of Lay Servant Ministries. As such, she will be a member of the Conference Board of Laity. The members of the Conference Board of Laity enable laity to have full and equal partnerships with clergy and within the Conference, work with the Circuits to grow lay leadership and provide lay opportunities for growth.
