Active clergy (not retirees), spouses and lay employees enrolled in the Conference Group Health Insurance plan are encouraged to register for one of the onsite events held throughout Wisconsin this spring. This involves a simple blood draw screening and is done at no cost to you! Deadlines are approaching – the first deadline for registration is April 23rd.
There will be an onsite BluePrint for Wellness exam option at annual conference again this year on Saturday morning, June 11th, at First UMC in Green Bay. Register by May 28th. We need at least 20 registrations at each site in order to hold events throughout the state. TO SIGN UP log into your Benefits Access account at www.wespath.org, click on the Health Tab and, then on the Quest Diagnostics/Blueprint for Wellness link in the middle of the page.
