Let our Asian American community be seen, not as a virus, but as a valuable part of us. In this Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) heritage month, as we give heed to stories and prayers unique and worthy of acknowledgement, let the voices of prayer from the Korean Community lead us in our corporate worship and in our own prayer time.

Baraboo Talks: Uncovering Anti-Asian Racism and Xenophobia

In response to the rise of anti-Asian hate crimes in the U.S. and in commemoration of May as Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, a free virtual Baraboo Talks event will take place over Zoom on Thursday, May 20 at 6:30 p.m. The event’s keynote speaker will be Hee-Soo Jung, Bishop of the Wisconsin Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. Kairos Wisconsin Prison Ministry hopes to rebuild

If you or any of your church members have an interest in Prison Ministry, Kairos Wisconsin: https://kairoswi.org/ is a Chapter of Kairos International Prison Ministry: https://www.kairosprisonministry.org/.  Prior to the pandemic, Wisconsin Kairos & Kairos Outside had provided weekend events for the past 6 years, 72 different individuals impacted by incarceration have been blessed by the LOVE of Christ through these weekends.  Read More
