Fire Destroys New Hope UMC Building

A large fire Friday night destroyed the building where New Hope UMC, De Pere was located.  The building is a total loss and they have lost all property that was in the building.  Bethany UMC in Green Bay has graciously opened their doors to New Hope so that they may continue to hold worship.  Pastor Rick continues to remind the congregation that the church is more than a building and remains optimistic and full of hope about the plans God has in store for New Hope UMC as they look for a new site to rebuild their church.  Donations to New Hope UMC can be made through our conference website or you can mail a check to the Conference with the memo: New Hope UMC Fire and we will make sure the donations reach them.  We ask that you continue to pray for Pastor Rick and the congregation as they navigate through this time.  Read More  To make a donation, click here
