Bishop's Task Force Update
The Bishop’s Task Force welcomed new members at its April 12th meeting. The new members include: Eric Taylor, Don Kim, Clarissa Martinelli, Jeremy Deaner, and Cherie Foret. The formation time focused on the Power of Proximity YouTube video featuring Bryan Stevenson and some prompting from The Together in Christ Lenten Journey study with respect to steps persons can take to mitigate racism. Northcott Neighborhood House Annual Meeting

The Northcott Neighborhood House will be holding its Annual Meeting on Sunday, April 25 at 2 p.m. Board members, corporation members and interested parties are welcome at this 59th Annual Meeting, to be held at 2460 North Sixth Street, Milwaukee.  The 2020 Annual Meeting was not held, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but board members have been able to continue to meet throughout 2020 and 2021.  For more information please contact Gail Burgess at hb53104@aol.com.

Earth Day Resources to use in Worship

Earth Day is April 22; churches typically observe Earth Day Sunday during the month of April. It is an opportunity to reflect on the goodness of God’s creation and the human responsibility to steward it through worship, education and action.  Earth Day worship resources were prepared by Global Ministries and have been curated by the Rev.
