Register for Blueprint for Wellness

Register today for the Blueprint for Wellness during the 2020 Annual Conference Session at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay!  Register by logging in to your HealthFlex/WebMD account online at   This is for clergy, spouses and lay employees who participate in the active health insurance plan sponsored by the Conference – not retirees. 

  1. Go to  and click on the Log in for Health and Wellness Benefits.
  2. After you log in to your HealthFlex/Web MD account, Select: “Quest Diagnostics - Blueprint for Wellness,” on the grey band in the middle of the page.  Then,
  3. Click to register AT AN EVENT and search for the KI Convention Center in Green Bay June 6 and 7, 2020.

Walk-ins will not be accepted.  Please register as soon as possible before May 20th.  If clergy spouses are also covered by the HealthFlex medical insurance, they are also encouraged to register for the BluePrint for Wellness, if they want to take advantage of this service and receive the $100 incentive in PulseCash.

For spouses or others who prefer to do the testing at a time and place other than annual conference, there are testing sites available throughout the state and across the state lines in Illinois and Minnesota.  Go to to find a location and make an appointment at a testing site.

There is no cost to participants if this wellness test is taken at annual conference or if you register at a Quest Diagnostics facility.  The 2020 Incentive for participating is $100 PulseCash for those registered with Virgin Pulse and up to 120 Wellness Points.  Remember….the BluePrint for Wellness test will provide you the answers you need to complete your HealthQuotient by July 31st and avoid paying an additional $500/year in deductibles for the year.
