Breakthrough Prayer Initiative Training Event: Register by January 3

Learn how to incorporate breakthrough prayer into the daily life of your congregation at this training event on January 11 at Sugar River UMC. In order for the implementation of the training to be effective, each church must bring a team consisting of the pastor and at least five members. Register here by January 3 at 4pm.

You can launch your congregation into the kind of churchwide breakthrough prayer initiative that fuels the atmosphere of possibility, and the entire focus begins to shift from inward to up-and-outward. Breakthrough prayer can be added into what already happens in the daily life of your congregation--and this workshop will provide equipping plus many stories, practical examples and ideas of how other United Methodist congregations across the country have done so with innovation and impact. Additionally, learn how you can utilize breakthrough prayer through key aspects of your weekly worship service, and develop your church's heart to reach its neighborhood with the message and love of Christ.

Each church must bring a team consisting of the pastor plus at least five of your members (or as many as you like) in order to attend, in order that implementation of the training is effective.

The cost will be $10/person with a max of $60 per church. Registration deadline is January 3, 2020. If you are bringing more than six people, please contact Kristy via email at kyang@wisconsinumc.org. Registration is now open! Go to www.eiseverywhere.com/mcci2020.

This training will be led by Rev. Sue Nilson Kibbey, Director of the Missional Church Consultation Initiative (MCCI) and author of Flood Gates: Holy Momentum for a Fearless Church as well as Ultimate Reliance: Breakthrough Prayer Practices for Leaders (both published by Abingdon Press).
