The Institute of Congregational Development (ICD) is a comprehensive, 10-month leadership development opportunity for those leaders ready to take their ministry to the next level. The 2020 ICD session begins March 3, 2020 and will include 10 on-site sessions, monthly reading assignments, monthly L3 Incubator (covenant) group meetings, and two field trips.
