New Executive Director at Harbor House

Harbor House Crisis Shelters' board is pleased to announce the hiring of Chelsea Branley as the new Executive Director beginning July 1, 2019.  Chelsea has been active in supporting Douglas County individuals and families since 2013 while completing her Bachelors and Master’s degree in Art Therapy from the University of Wisconsin, Superior.

Chelsea’s passion for art therapy, addiction and recovery is currently being utilized while volunteering through the Douglas and Saint Louis County judicial systems. She brings a unique and educated perspective to her work and she is committed to bridging the gap between the community and the clients that Harbor Houses serves. Chelsea is committed to the connection in the United Methodist Church and looks forward to this new opportunity.
