If you want to travel the world, you can volunteer for one of our International VIM trips. Invest your time, talents, and financial resources along with a team made up of people from every walk of life. With your team, travel safely to another country to work on a life-changing project. Many projects focus on construction and all skill levels are needed. Some teams also need people to lead Vacation Bible School, provide adult or community health education, listen to others, work in agriculture, or give hugs to children. Each experience leaves an indelible mark on your soul while allowing you to help others and to see the world from a new perspective.

Cusco, Peru: Approximate Dates July 18-29, 2018

Rev. Kelly Jahn and Corinn Pillsbury are putting together a team of 16-26 year-olds to go on a language and cultural exchange mission to Cuzco, Peru in July 2018. They intend on equal participation of Peruvians in the same age group. Together, the group will be doing light construction in two churches, and possibly a Methodist camp in the Cuzco area during the day, with time for Peruvians to work on English, and Americans to work on Spanish each day. The hope is to create some lasting relationships from this, as well as give both groups an advantage for employment. Limited spots will be available for chaperones as well. Approximate cost for the trip will be $1,200 + airfare ($500-750). For more information, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
