What’s New?

Cancellation/Refund policy
$20.00 processing will be applied to any Registration cancellation.
5% credit card charge will be applied for any meal, childcare or Camp in the Community changes/refunds.

Refunds/Changes will be available until April 6, 2020.
Absolutely no refunds or changes after April 6, 2020.

Retired Clergy
Retiree registration cost is free until May 8, 2020.
After May 8, the cost will be $75.00.

Registration
Registration for WI Annual Conference 2020 is by invitation only. This means that all elected lay members to Annual Conference and all clergy will be sent an invitation automatically, so please be sure that your church’s “Mailing List of Leaders” lists the correct lay member(s) to Annual Conference on it. You will not be able to forward invitations to others who are not on the list. Those changes must be made by contacting your District Office. Invitations will go out the first week of February.

KI Convention Center
WI Annual Conference 2020 event will be using both floors this year. The schedule will allow extra time for transitions due to the access of one elevator. Paper maps will be available at the Registration Desk.

Exhibit Hall
All Display Tables and Cokesbury will be upstairs in the Exhibit Hall.

Celebration Banquet Dinner
The Celebration Banquet Dinner will be Saturday night and you may purchase the Main Ticketed Meal online. The celebration of Bishop Hee-Soo Jung as our Bishop at WI Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church for 8 years and the missions accomplished over the years.
