ICD Training Event: Pioneering Missional Communities

Pioneering Missional Communities is a two-day training event for leaders and teams planting new faith communities. This event is especially focused on planting teams looking at a missional community, spiritual entrepreneurship Fresh Expressions, and asset based community development models of church planting. This event is open to all clergy and laity with a passion for starting new ministries, and ICD graduates are encouraged to participate.  Read More

Wisconsin Youth Attending Youth 2019

Over 150 Wisconsin youth and chaperones are on their way to Kansas City for YOUTH 2019, the national gathering for United Methodist Youth. Please pray for our youth as they participate in 4 days of discipleship, worship, Bible study, service opportunities, and connection with other youth and denominational leaders from The United Methodist Church.

GC2020 Petitions Submissions Process Opens

United Methodists can now submit petitions for consideration by the 2020 General Conference to the petitions secretary. The deadline for submissions is September 18, 2019. Read press release

Deadline Extended for GC2020 Worship

Methodist choirs, worship ensembles and liturgists from around the world can apply to be part of the worship experience at General Conference on May 5-15, 2020, in Minneapolis. The deadline for submission has been extended to September 15, 2019. Read press release

Volunteers Needed for Flood Relief

The Long Term Recovery Partnership (Flood Relief) is being hosted at Winding Rivers UMC in New Lisbon.  They are in need of additional volunteer to help rebuild the homes affected by last fall’s disasters, and the spring thaw as well.  Read More
