  • Attend Sunday Evening Dinner: A special meal and program is being co-sponsored during Annual Conference by the Wisconsin United Methodist Federation for Social Action (WUMFSA) with the Wisconsin Association of Confessing United Methodists (WACUM). The program will take place Sunday night June 22 at Asbury United Methodist Church, 6101 University Ave, Madison. Dinner is at 6:30 p.m. and program at 7:15. It will focus on the question “If our denomination divides, what might the future Methodist churches look like?” This gathering will provide an update on some of the emerging thinking about a possible formalized denominational split and help frame some of the questions needing consideration. Presenters will include Tom Lambrecht, clergy member of the Wisconsin Conference, serving as Vice President of Good News; Steve Zekoff, clergy delegate to the 2012 General Conference and a former General Agency and General Conference staff member; and Chett Pritchett, Executive Director of the Methodist Federation for Social Action (MFSA).
