This summer could be the perfect time for you, or a young adult you may know, to take your faith and relationship with Christ to the next level! The Epworth League, a young adult ministry based in southeastern Wisconsin, is still accepting applications for their full-time discipleship intensive this summer. Dates are June 3 - August 26, 2018.

As a part of this unique program, young adults get to intentionally grow their faith through participating in daily discipleship classes focused around faith, exploring God’s creation in six different national parks, serving others in local mission projects and trips across the U.S., building an intentional Christ-centered community with others in the program, planning outreach events and worship services, and so much more. And most importantly, doing it all for and with God.

Through growing their relationship with Christ and spending their days connecting with God on new levels, young adults get to spend their summer discerning God’s voice and His calling for their lives and discovering new ways to use their passions to serve God and others.

Some of the events in the program young adults get to help with and participate in include:

  • Northwoods Mission Trip - A week-long service trip to the U.P. of Michigan
  • Christian Country Camp - A week-long vacation bible school hosted for children of inner-city of Milwaukee
  • National Park Expedition - A two-week-long trip out west dedicated to hiking in six different national parks (Glacier, Yellowstone, Badlands, Wind Cave, etc) and serving in mission projects along the way
  • Christian Disciple Farm - A week-long vacation bible school for kids with special needs and their families
  • Rocky Mountain Retreat - A week-long spiritual retreat spent hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado.
