The 2018 Annual Conference is scheduled for Friday, June 15 – Monday, June 18 at the Madison Marriott West. The theme is “One With Each Other.” Check this article weekly; as more details will be added as we get closer to Annual Conference.

Latest Updates

  • Registration is Coming Soon: The registration site will open February 1st.
  • Celebrate 50 Years Together at the Saturday Banquet Dinner: Join us as we mark “50 Years Together” at our Annual Conference banquet this year. The Commission on Archives and History will lead us as we take a look back at the 50th anniversary of the merger of The Methodist Church and The Evangelical United Brethren Church to form the United Methodist Church at the historic Uniting Conference in Dallas, Texas in 1968. Celebrate our union, and hear from those present at the time, and at the Wisconsin Uniting Conference in 1969.
  • New Look for Schedule: One of the most obvious updates to our Annual Conference experience this year is the new look for our schedule. We are excited to share with you the At a Glance calendar, a simplified, highly-visual way to see what’s happening. Creating and communicating a detailed agenda with numerous revisions is quite challenging and very time-consuming. The reality is that the schedule varies from day to day because of known and unknown reasons. We hope this is helpful and beneficial to the members of the Annual Conference.
  • Literature Only Available at Displays: The Programs & Arrangements Committee has decided to place all printed materials on the display tables and the Communications table, located next to registration. They will no longer be offering the option to put brochures in packets for Annual Conference. This allows participants to pick what information would be most useful to them or their churches. The literature will also be available electronically on the Annual Conference APP (soon available).
