The final Learner-Leader Academy session of 2016, sponsored by the Discipleship Leadership Executive Team, will offer a workshop on “Key Practices that Will Provide Direction and Meaning to a Comprehensive Plan for Small Groups” on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Mosinee UMC from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Korean Ministry Plan has successfully developed a resource called ‘Longing to Meet You,’ on small group ministry in and through local churches both in South Korea and the U.S. Paul H. Chang (GBGM Staff) and his team will lead participants, sharing the best practices from United Methodist churches both in Korea and the U.S. They will make a presentation on how to develop a comprehensive plan for small group ministries in local churches and then impact the surrounding communities. The workshop is open to all churches in the Wisconsin Annual Conference. Registration fee is $10 payable at the session on November 12th for lunch and materials.
