Faith United Methodist Church (Superior, WI), coordinated with the seven other United Methodist Churches from the Twin Ports area to host a day camp for elementary-age children, July 23-26. The event was hosted at a nearby Boy Scout campground. Youth in high school were counselors.

Adults led the stations that included: large-group opening with singing and Bible Drills; Bible story tent; Exploration Station (science); Crafts; Games; Swimming; Canoeing and Kayaking. For the past 20 years, the number of participants held in the 70s.

“The growth this year was phenomenal – we had to hire a second bus to transport everyone!” Rev. Joel Certa-Werner said. “What a great way for our kids to have a blast celebrating Jesus as they develop friendships with other United Methodist Christian kids.”
