Concordia United Methodist Church in Prairie du Sac, is seeking a part-time adminstrative assistant to work 15-18 hours a week. The applicant should have experienced computer skills including use of the internet, email, power point, word processing, publisher, updating the website and facebook. The assistant answers the phone, greets visitors during office hours and is a communication liaison for the church to the community and its members. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and is timely in completing annual reports, weekly worship materials and newsletters. The administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining church records, managing the church calendar and ordering supplies.
