Prayer
Remembering our ministry in your private prayers as well as offering our ministry up as a joy or concern during worship is a great way to support the important work which goes on at Whispering Pines throughout the year.
Participation
Joining in one of the events at Whispering Pines is the best way to support our ministry. By participating in an event or a summer camp at Whispering Pines not only keeps our ministry strong, it can renew your spirit, refresh your faith, call you to a deeper commitment to Christ, and be a lot of fun! You experience a Christian community in which others will lovingly support you in your faith journey.
Participate by:
- Encouraging children and youth to attend a summer camp event
- Attending an adult or family retreat
- Planning a retreat for your church or community group
- Coming to Whispering Pines for a church retreat
Giving
Whispering Pines is one of the best ministries which the United Methodist Church has to offer. Not only do we provide a fun and safe summer camp experience for your child, it is from our camps that many of today's church leaders got their calling to ministry. Nurturing children and youth in discipleship is our main focus. Your gifts to support our ministry are one of the best ways to invest in the future of the United Methodist Church.
