You should receive a health form with your confirmation materials. While much of the information we send is the same from year to year, please read all materials as some changes are made each year. Below you will find additional information to help you prepare for camp.
Don't forget to bring...
- Completed health form
- Authorization for camper pick up on back of health form
- Any required medications in original containers
- Campers equipment for the week - check list twice
- (Optional) Non-perishable food for mission project
Packing for Camp
Below is a recommended list of items to bring to camp. It is important to mark all items with camper's first and last name - use indelible ink or name tapes. Your child will live with 5 - 7 other children and mixing of belongings is sure to happen. Just think about all the things your child leaves around home and imagine that "lost and found" multiplied by 50! We suggest that you and your child pack for the camp together so they know what they are bringing and where it is. A helpful hint is to pack clothes the child has worn often. There is no need to buy new clothes for camp.
What to Bring

- Campers driving to camp will be asked to park their vehicles in the main parking lots and leave their keys at the office.

If you need to cancel please refer to the cancellation section in the Camp FAQs.
Health History and Examination Forms
Every camper is required to have a health examination by a physician within 24 months of coming to camp. A licensed physician must complete part H of the health form (bottom of page 3) and sign it. A copy of a physical exam signed by a physician and given in the past 24 months is acceptable - attach it to the back of the medical form. The Camper Health History (the rest of the form) must be completed and signed (bottom of page 1) every year by a parent/guardian. Be sure to fill out and sign the camper pick up information on the back page of the health form even if you are picking up your own child.
Any camper who has a known complicating medical problem or had an operation or serious illness since his/her last health exam, must submit written permission from their physician to participate in camp. Please take the time to check the form to be sure the immunization history is complete. All immunization information is important, but the date of his/her last tetanus (D.P.T. or TD) is critical information; please do not just list any as "up to date".
This experience really changed my life. And the friends I made will last a life time too. Thank you so much!!" Summer camper
