Check Out
Six-day camps will dismiss on Friday at 2:30pm. Half-week camps will dismiss on Wednesday at 2:30pm. Special camps may vary a little in their check-in or check-out times. If so, a separate sheet with added information will be sent in your confirmation packet.
Pick-up Location
Please come to the dining hall to check out your camper.
Pick-up Authorization Form Required
Children will be released to the adult on the Camper Pick-Up Authorization form. It can be found at the top of the back page of the medical form. Every camper needs a completed form, even those being picked up by parents. The person picking up camper should be ready to present a photo ID, such as a driver's license if asked by camp staff.
Lost and Found
Please help your camper collect all their belongings when you depart. Whispering Pines is not responsible for personal items. Staff will make every effort to find the owners of lost and found stuff. Articles left at camp can be claimed by calling our office and arranging to pick up items at camp or pay for shipping. Unclaimed items are given to charitable organizations after October 1st.
