This ministry guarantees a new lay ministry team in 6 meetings! They have
partnered with various churches specializing in leadership, youth, prayer,
evangelism, & office support.
Wisconsin’s Confessing Movement (www.wisconsinumc.org/wacum)
This ministry tackles the difficult, and sometimes controversial, aspects of
ministry. They have a heart for denominational renewal and connectionalism.
Wisconsin’s Evangelism Committee of the Wisconsin Annual Conf.
These past two years this committee has been preparing to serve local
churches by offering localized evangelism training.
The Foundation on Evangelism (www.evangelize.org)
Headquartered in Lake Junaluska, NC they host the Regional Schools of Evangelism
as well as the placement of Seminary Evangelism professorships.
Wisconsin’s Lay Witness Mission (www.wisconsinumc.org/laywitness)
This ministry partners with local churches willing to host a "Witness
Weekend" where believers from across the state come to share their
Christian witness. They also host the Annual Renewal Conference every April at
Green Lake.
Let’s Pray (www.allasso.org/pray.htm)
This ministry is mobilizing more than 100 intercessors and five local churches
in prayer. Prayer Partners pray for a daily theme and receive a weekly email
highlighting specific prayer requests and continual prayer training and
resources.
Wisconsin’s United Methodist Men (www.gcumm.org)
They have local charters in several United Methodist Churches and is a great way
for local churches to provide a meaningful small group experience for men within
the congregation. They also support the Boy Scouts of America and are dedicated
to prayer ministries.
