 We, as members of the Portage United Methodist Church, have received God's love and blessings through  Jesus Christ's saving grace.  Our mission is to provide the environment in which disciples of Jesus Christ can grow and flourish.  Our Spiritual environment will include:  expressions of invitation and welcome, opportunities for education and plans for preparation.

REGULAR WORSHIP SCHEDULE

SUNDAY Worship Services:  

8:00/9:15/10:30 (see explanations below)

  Sunday School at 9:15 a.m.

Nursery care available during the 10:30 service.

MONDAY Evening: Dinner and a Sermon

5:30 pm, located at Sunrise Family Restaurant in downtown Portage

TUESDAY Morning: Worship Service

11:00 am, located at the Heritage House Chapel on Airport Road, Portage

9:15 – Come-As-You-Are Service

Don’t think you should have to put on your Jesus-face to worship God?  We have prayer, song and preaching in a casual, intimate setting.  Do you play an instrument?  Bring it along and jam with us as we worship together.  Or, just grab a cup of coffee and join us in the Fireplace Room.  Who says church has to be uptight?

10:30 – Regular Worship

Tired of church that feels more like concert than worship?  Then join us for a celebration rich in what you are craving — inspiring music, both contemporary and traditional; a kid-friendly atmosphere with genuine community; relevant and thought-provoking preaching that will give your soul something to chew on all week.
