The ministry areas of the Wisconsin Annual Conference are organized under the Discipleship/Leadership Council structure (similar to a Connectional Table or Board of Discipleship).
The ministry of Outreach and Service coordinates resources that call and equip local congregations for active service with the poor and marginalized, the sick and suffering, bringing comfort and material and spiritual aid as well as advocating for social justice and civility. Through Outreach and Service, the light of God's love touches and transforms our hearts and minds until all the world is filled with grace.
The ministry of Spiritual Formation and Leadership Development coordinates resources that aid local congregations in the faith development of all members and seekers, helping to create and sustain an environment of healthy communication, collaborative leadership, and faithful discipleship. Through spiritual formation and leadership development we become the light that shines God's love.
The ministry of Worship and Witness coordinates resources to encourage local congregations in the development of vital, creative, and new opportunities and venues for praising God and sharing the joy of our story with our communities and the world, focusing on God in Christ as our source and guide through the power of the Holy Spirit. Through worship and witness, God's love shines through us to illuminate the world with grace.
