RISE

RISE is a group of young adults of First Church. That is...

 - no fixed age, but roughly after undergrad and before children (20s - 30s)
 - members and friends of First United Methodist Church in Madison, WI
 - people looking for connections and community in the midst of busy lives.

Join us for our monthly meetings, usually on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the new youth room. We will rotate leaders and snack-bringers. The program for the night will be up to the leaders, but we have lots of ideas to share. It could be a movie/TV show/music and conversation, or a topic (or guest speaker) for discussion, a service project, an outdoor activity and devotion, a traditional reading and lesson, a seasonal event, or just about anything else.

A college/university directory board listing our college and university students is located in the Narthex so that the congregation will know where our students are in school. Birthdays are included so greetings may be sent.
