Twelve-day Hawaiian adventure/mission trip; working on construction projects at the Hawaiian Methodist Church’s Camp Mekokiko.Camp Mekokiko is a 36 acre property on the slopes of Kalopa State Park on the Hamakua Coast, just 7 miles from the historic old sugar plantation town of Honokaa, which is also the gateway to beautiful Waipio Valley.
Spend 5 full & 2 half days working on camp and/or construction projects; which will be determined as trip gets closer. We will need 2 cooks on work days. The work in Hawaii will be challenging, surrounded by some of the most breath-taking views of God’s Creation. Be prepared to be wet as Camp is in a rain forest area and it is very warm & humid.

We have an opportunity for your church to support Northcott Neighborhood House (NNH). Another HVAC unit at NNH needs to be replaced. Northcott was able to replace some units last year because of your generosity. This particular unit services many of the classrooms. We are fortunate that we have had a mild winter, but students are still inconvenienced and we'd like to complete the replacement as soon as possible. Any donation your church, or individual members of your church, can make will be greatly appreciated. If you would like additional information, you may NNH at 414-372-3770. We thank you in advance for your support.
(Unfortunately no hard cover books can be received since shipping them to Uganda is cost prohibitive.)
