Colors of Autumn: A Concert for Cambodia

Featuring works celebrating the earth, harvest, hope and thanksgiving by John Rutter, Glenn Burleigh, Ruth Elaine Schram, W. A. Mozart, and Paul Caldwell and Sean Ivory.

Presented by Jenny Hensgen, Debbie Rush, Yvette Embree-Pritchett, Deanna Shimko, Brad Balgord, and Darl Shimko, featuring Denise Kirby-Roberts, flute, and Jacque Shimko, oboe.

Enjoy delicious snacks with friends at the reception following the concert hosted by the Caldwell United Methodist Women.

Shop imported Cambodian items: silks, jewelry, wood and stone carvings, and novelty items--they make great gifts!

Pictures and slides of our completed 2017 mission will be displayed! A freewill offering will be received for our 2018 mission to the vulnerable people in rural villages, Siem Reap Province, northwest Cambodia: build wells, build toilets, supply non-hybrid Cambodian vegetable seeds and fruit tree seedlings, provide domestic hygiene and sanitation education and training, provide first aid training and supplies, provide bed nets against mosquitos, teach life-planning skills for youth and young adults, and fund education for poor youth – for a self-sustainable future!
