What services do you provide for the people of the Wisconsin United Methodist Church:

• Local Church Consultation - One full-day visioning event, key leadership: for clarifying future ministry direction.
• Revisioning - Coordinate the Conference revisioning process for established churches.
• Training - Multi-discipline training for local churches, districts, clusters, circuits, and Conference agencies.
• Resource Guide - Contact for connectional resources as they pertain to new ministry start-ups, revisioning, and training.
• Encourager - Face-to-face conversations with connectional and local church leadership regarding critical issues of ministry.
• Coordinator - Coordinates the work of the Board of Congregation & Parish Development for the Wisconsin Annual Conference.
• Team Member - Encourages and assists the work of the Conference Ministry Team.

What you enjoy most about your job: Working directly with people in local ministries that have found a way to bring new faith into being and seeing the sparkle of aliveness in their eyes when success is at hand!

A dream you have for your particular area of work: Dedicated to encouraging an open climate for new ministry start teams, revisioning of established churches, strengthening racial ethnic ministries, and assisting mutual leadership among the Laos.
