What services do you provide for the people of the Wisconsin United Methodist Church: The Wisconsin UM Foundation provides our Conference, churches, and church-related ministries with an investment service that offers great returns on investments in keeping with our social principles, while keeping risk levels and operating costs at an appropriate level for the church family. We provide charitable giving education, resources, and personal assistance to churches, and UM clergy and laity. Finally, we work with churches to strengthen stewardship, financial management, and memorial, bequest, and endowment efforts in the local setting.

What you enjoy most about your job: I enjoy working with committed, generous Christians who are seeking to respond in deliberate ways to share the abundant blessings they have received. I also find it an exciting challenge to move a church's understanding of stewardship from duty and obligation to one of thanksgiving and joyous response. I find the Wisconsin United Methodist family a wonderful setting in which to work and worship.

A dream you have for your particular area of work: My DREAM for the next year is to have a Church Mortgage Loan Program established and fully operational at the Foundation. The goal is to provide churches with lower cost mortgages and higher returns on their fixed income investments at the Foundation.
