Principles:
- Building good cooperative working relationships within the Circuits.
- Building commitment and a sense of meaning to the ad hoc teams this new organization
creates.
- Learning to overcome differences in working style and communication style to improve
the ease and effectiveness of cooperation between what have historically been fairly
independent clergy on the local level.
- Understanding one's own team-participation style so as to:
(a) better appreciate how others perceive you and
(b) better adapt your approach in response to the needs of

- Ongoing monitoring of the team's action after the project team has dissolved.
