Participant Registration
Early Bird Registration $50
Register by March 3 rd, 2008
Regular Registration $60
Register by April 21 st, 2008
Late Registration $70
Register after April 21 st, 2008
In case of cancellations, only 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
(You can always add registrations at any time between now and the event date.)
No refunds will be given after April 21 st, 2008.
Please note that the registration fee must be paid in FULL upon registration (or if mailing a check, the check must be received by CCC within the allotted time) otherwise your registration will not be dropped and you will have to re-register at the current registration rate.
Hotel Rooms
Hotel room reservations must be made through Creative Convention Consulting.
Please do not call the hotel directly!
Room Rate is $105/room/night (plus occupancy tax…churches are exempt from sales tax, but not the occupancy tax.) This room has 2 queen beds and a queen sofa-sleeper.
You will need to give a $25 non-refundable deposit per room that you reserve. (This deposit is immediately paid to the hotel to hold the room.) Don’t worry, there are plenty of rooms available and you can always add rooms between now and the event date!
Meals
We will be offering an optional meal plan that will include all meals on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday at the Hotel. Cost for this plan is $40.

Registration Process
Registration begins FEBRUARY 1 st!
To register go to www.mycreativeevent.com, go to events, and search for ‘Junior High Convo’ or click HERE!
Create an account and then you can register for participants, hotel rooms, and meal plans. (If you created an account when you registered for Senior High Convo or for Junior High Convo previously, you can use the same username and password.)
Please be sure to fill out your individual profiles in the registration process as soon as possible. (We cannot order the correct Convo T-shirt size without it.)
Also, during the first time you register, please be sure to fill out at least one profile with the group profile information.)
You can choose to pay by credit card or by check through the online system. Having trouble or would rather register by phone? Call Creative Convention Consulting at 330-430-9999 and let the receptionist know you would like to register for Junior High Convo in Wisconsin.
