Taking Care of You: Powerful Tools for Caregiving
Alzheimer's Association
Wednesdays, April 9 – May 14, 2008 — 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Taking Care of YOU: Powerful Tools for Caregiving is designed for family caregivers of persons impacted by dementia, serious illness or injury. Many family caregivers don't realize the importance of taking care of themselves because they are overwhelmed by taking care of others.
