United Methodist Women are actively engaged in fulfilling the mission of Christ and the Church. With continuing awareness of the concerns and responsibilities of the Church in today's world, they are advocates for the oppressed and dispossessed with special attention to the needs of women and children.

They work to build a supportive community among women and engage in activities that foster growth in the Christian faith, mission education, and Christian social involvement throughout the organization.

Emanuel's United Methodist Women meet at 9:00 A.M. on the third Saturday of each month in the Emanuel church library. Women of all ages are invited to join in fulfilling Christ's mission.
