The Staff Parish Relations Committee

The Staff Parish Relations Committee provides support and encouragement for our staff, attempting to make the best use of their gifts while listening to the comments of the congregation.  All of this is to assure that the ministries of our staff might meet the needs of our church, community, and connection.

In order to accomplish the tasks outlined above and in order to keep up on the "pulse" of our congregation, we need to hear from you from time to time, as you offer both your joys and your concerns.  We need to know in what ways our staff are using well their gifts for ministry and how they might use their gifts more effectively.

As our staff use their gifts, we need to be aware, that as a priority in the use of one gift goes up, we need to reduce the use of another gift.  We believe our staff are offering their best efforts to serve God and this community as they use the gifts God has given them.
